James Blake Calls ESPN’s Pam Shriver An Ass During His Match At Wimbledon

James Blake could over-hear ESPN’s Pam Shriver criticizing him during the telecast and he was none to happy about it. After yanking a “sitter” forehand Shriver questioned his focus. Blake yelled up at her that “I can hear you, it’s amazing you played tennis.” Instead of letting the issue go like a professional would, Pam referenced the issue on air and continued to talk about it. After the next point (which he lost) he yelled up again “You have to be an ass about it?”
Obviously Blake was in the wrong, but Pam should have been much more professional and let the issue drop. Being an ex-tennis player herself she should know how damn frustrating the game can be. And when you are sucking there are no teammates to help you out, no bench to sit down on. It’s just you out on an island sucking it up. Blake was tilting as bad as Pee-Wee at the roulette table, but Pam was equally unprofessional. You should never allow yourself to become the story when you are broadcasting a game.
Needless to say Blake got dumped in straight sets.

What a skank. Blake stinks, but was giving Pam what she deserved.

That’s what she gets for being courtside and talking out loud during a point. It’s more amazing that a woman that looks like that is married to a former James Bond.
