Of course all credit for the Saints Super Bowl run should go to the Huskies, it just makes all the sense in the world.
Really, I think UW should add Steve Young to their athletic Hall of Fame as well, since he and Coach Sark both attended BYU.
I’m sure everyone remembers Reggie Bush and Sedrick Ellis’ ties to the UW football program, and if you don’t, shame on you.
PS, Saints GM Mickey Loomis is a Willamette High and UofO grad, does that mean that we should be expecting a parade like our friends to the North?

There is no way I’m logging in to that website to read more on that article.
And since it’s a Sark/UW website, it will be up for one or two more years, then he won’t coach there anymore. That’s how long it will take him to realize it takes a great talent like Jesus Jake to STILL NOT MAKE A BOWL.

WTF!?! did Joe Giansante write this article? no where does it state that Bush or Ellis went to UW nor does it state Bush or Ellis having ties to the University. Simply states coach Sarkisian and Holt’s relationships w/ the players. We can all claim 6 degrees of separation to everyone in the super bowl. This leads me to the conclusion that the mention of players outside of Brunell in this article is ridiculous. However this article is even more absurd. It’s great to see the Sports Brewery get such talented writers as Joe Giansante but c’mon bro did you even read the article Joey boy? I can only imagine your reaction if the Beavs had mentioned ex-players in the super bowl.
Sounds like we got a stage 5 Kinger on our hands.
