O Live - Oregon State coach Pat Casey is considering stepping down after 17 seasons as head of the Beavers’ baseball program and accepting an administrative position in the OSU athletic department.

“There have been conversations,” said Casey, who declined to elaborate on the situation before going into a meeting Wednesday morning with OSU athletic director Bob De Carolis. “I can’t tell you that’s something that I haven’t been thinking about.”

A decision on Casey’s future is expected within the next few weeks.

And if he gone, a fatal decision on OS’s future could be next:

If Casey were to step down, OSU associate head coach Marty Lees is among the leading candidates likely to interview for the position.

TAS, OS.

Is this some yahoo/espn board? Every other comment is “blaming” Obama or someone else. Well done, Poser.
