Milton pulled and pissed……Shocking

Milton Bradley was 0 for 3 and struck out twice in his first game as the cleanup batter since April 9. When Bradley struck out looking again with the bases loaded and Seattle down 3-1 in the sixth, Wakamatsu yanked baseball’s self-described bad guy from the game.
Bradley was not in the stadium immediately afterward. Multiple Mariners said he was “not good,” though Wakamatsu deflected thoughts of an incident with a fiery slugger who is on his eighth team in 10 seasons.
“We just felt at that time, what went on with the two strikeouts, it was time to get him out of the ball game,” Wakamatsu said. “It was just time to get him out.”
I am shocked and appalled to read that Milton got pulled and threw a temper tantrum in yesterdays game. I mean I had April 9th in the pool for the first Milton meltdown and he waited till May. Bullshit. I just can’t catch a break.
For anyone who thought that Milton had changed or that Seattle would somehow be different from the other 7 teams he’s played for welcome to reality. This is who he is and always will be and there’s nothing you can do about it.
The question I have is what is Milton so pissed about? When you’re hitting .214 on the season, and already in the game you are 0-3 with 2 K’s and 4 men left on base why the Hell do you think you got pulled. Just his typical cry baby shit that he always pulls. I’m waiting to see what kind of conspiracy theory he comes up with now as to why erveyone hates him. It’s gotta be good.
I will say at least the Mariners are starting to do some good things. First they cut Byrnes and now they are benching Bradley. Whats next they sign a players that has hit at least 20 bombs in a season or they actually win a 1 run game. But for now get use to devastating loses and more of the Milton Bradley show.

Tough when it’s considered an improvement in the front office when you still get guys who stink, but end up just cutting or benching them. I guess it’s better than keeping them for years a la Big Richie.

And now Bradley has gone to the M’s telling them that he needs help for a personal matter? The guy is bat-shit crazy and no amount of help can get that guy out of his own head. I’m sorry, but he’s a mental midget that has pissed away some GREAT talent that he was blessed with….
