USC says ‘oops, my bad.’

USC and it’s scurrilous band of leaders have sent out letters of apology to the five schools it incorrectly claimed had contacted in-coming freshman running back Dillon Baxter about transferring.

Oregon, along with Washington, Fresno, Florida and Alabama were the schools to have allegedly contacted Baxter.

While I’m not really sure what lead to Lame and Mike Garrett throwing out these ridiculous accusations upon these fine institutions of higher learning, the world can rest easy now that the matter has been put to rest.

As an aside, how can anyone take anything USC says serious now? Forget Uncle Petey’s shenanigans with his “Cheat, so you can win forever” mantra, how in the world did they think keeping Mike Garrett as the AD and hiring Daniel Tosh to clean up this mess, was a good idea? Oh well, hopefully SC gets a web redemption or something, because this just keeps getting worse.
