Best Fan: Round 1, Ducks

Over the next few days I will be gathering votes and opinions to find the best fan, or worst depending on how you see it. The battle will be between the 4 northwest schools: UO, OSU, UW, WSU. Each day will be a different school, and the last will be the winners from the respective schools. List any reasons why they are or aren’t good fans for their school.

Eddie aka “The Magician” -

No, it’s not Halloween, just Eddie in his ‘magic’ suit. Reports coming from unreliable sources claim Eddie has only been to one duck football game since he was born. Apparently he has performed some of his ‘magic’ with over half of the stunt team. The guy just seems to understand how to have a good time. The previously mentioned sources also claim that in this picture he’s already a fifth deep, and the party he’s attending is actually a black & white theme. All things considered, I consider Eddie a true fan.

Bruno aka “Bagman”-

As local favorite, Bruno has been know to attend many a Duck sporting event during his time in Duck country. First thought on ‘Bagman’ is that he’s a not a fan because of the bag. Not true. Looks can be deceiving. Only true and real fans know when their team is need of a reality check, and that watching makes one want to put a bag on. Tough love. You can find Bruno at this weekends games giving full support of the basketball team, bag included. He likes to frequent the third balcony so he is able to throw crap on the fake fans below. Those being the old ass donors who refuse to stand and cheer at any point during the game. This move definitely makes Bruno the “Bagman” a winner in my book.

Ray-

Unfortunately I don’t have much to say regarding Ray. When a source close to Ray talked with the fellas at Sigma Alpha Epsilon (frat gate) they described Ray as real piece of work, and anything but a Duck fan; all after they offered to pay this  source to vouch against Masoli. That’s another story for another time. They also said this Ray guy was on the verge of expulsion for maintaining a 1.5 gpa. All this and Ray is a key member of the “Pit Crew”. Ernie isn’t the problem folks, its this Ray guy.
