Good stuff Kinger. I’m with ya on Altman, not quite sold on him yet either. I think he’ll prolly put some really good teams on the floor, as long as we can get the Jabari Brown type kids to actually stay for more than a couple games. Based on what I’ve seen, Altman seems to be able to bring a bunch of scrubs and castoffs from other programs together, to form a team that can win some games. Lets hope we can get some more blue chips to hang around, and then see what he can do with ‘em.

I think he just chose Arizona over Oregon. There are only so many spots in the secondary and the wide receivers corps. He probably wouldn’t have seen the field much. You could tell Chip was a little dissapointed.

answer me this: why, at this point, would Kyle Murphy sign with Stanford. Even the dumbest of fans would tell you that there are only 5 slots on the offensive line. Stanford just finished signing 5 top-flight linemen. This isn’t the NFL draft. There’s no stock-piling talent for future trade considerations. He would be making a large mistake signing there. I think SC and Oregon move ahead based on Stanford’s last signing. And he’s a Mission Viejo kid. seems like SC might have gotten yet another big hit, which pisses me off. but who knows, maybe Murphy will look at the fact that, outside of RB, OL is the one area that Oregon hasn’t really addressed in this recruiting class…..
