We are not the premier team in the conference. We have one outright title and one conference tournament title in the last 11 years. We are not even close to the premier team. You must be mis-remembering our accomplishments.

You are such a clown bbryan. You crown Ernie Kent the King because of his ability to get to the tourn and advancing, yet you dont give Alford the same credit. He went to the sweet 16 with SWMS and has turned New Mexico into the premier team in its conference. Granted Alford is not my top choice, he is far better than Kent.

Ben Jacobson is my top Choice.

Alford got out of the first round once in 8 years and ended with a 61-67 conference record, but yeah he seems like a huge upgrade
