Jose Canseco has to be on my list of train wrecks. Off the field ('roid scandals, edgy books, a pretty boy wanna be) and on the field (only could DH after 7 or 8 seasons as a 'super athlete', fly balls bounced off his head, arm injuries after mop up work on the mound in blow outs...)
And how about Daaaaaryl, Daaaaaryl! Game like Willie Mays, looks as cool as Snoop Dogg, and blew 8 balls like Johnny Depp in Blow. Waste of talent.
Don't forget Strawberry's cohort Doc Gooden. Instead of having a legendary career like Clemens, he had a career like.....Daaaaryl!

at least Tyson and Daly won something meaningful in their primes. Walker can't even fall back on that. I've always hated Walker from day one. Simply a numbers guy (similar to Zach Randolf) and surely not a winner.
I actually do really like seeing stories like this. what a joke it all is. as someone that works my ass off to be a lower-middle class citizen, this is just brutal. to be where he is after making 110 million + is epic. at least it sounds like he was a nice giving guy so he's got that going for him.
