Not looking good for the Blaze

Not looking good for the Blaze

With 4 games to go and the Blazers, Spurs and Thunder in a 3-way tie at 48-30 it comes down to these final games to see who will finish 8th and square off against the Lakers in round 1.

Spurs have the easiest finish with cupcake games against Memphis and Minnesota, but play the Nugs and the Mavs on the road so never know what to expect there.

Thunder’s is a little harder with a game tonight against the Suns, sneaky game at Golden State, then the key game of the rest of the season @Portland, then finish with Memphis. The Thunder have lost 2 straight so lets hope they are in a little funk right now to finish the season.

The Blazers have the toughest finish of the 3 teams. They have a game against the Mavs tonight. Even though the Blaze have beat up on the Mavs this year the Mavs are playing for something to right now and we don’t know the health of Marcus Camby after he left last game with a tight hammy. Then after a tough game against the Mavs we head to L.A to play the Lakers. This game is the mystery game since the Lakers will have the 1st seed locked and who knows who will get a game off to get ready for the playoffs. Even if someone gets the night off it wont be easy, ask the Nugs last night if it was easy with Kobe sitting. Then the biggest game of the rest of the season comes 3rd with a deciding game at home against the Thunder. The Blazers are 2-1 this season against the Thunder and I expect to see exactly how good Durant is in a big game. And the Blaze finish up at home against Golden State, which if we beat Thunder will be the biggest trap game I’ve ever seen. Add in that we struggle against the Warriors and I fear that game the most of the rest of the games.

I know it’s tough to watch NBA when you got Masters and Baseball on, but there is nothing better then when NBA players play at 100% and are trying to win no matter what.

I hate the Warriors, Don Nelson, Oracle Arena and everything about them.
